May 11th saw the British Irish Chamber of Commerce Black Tie Gala Dinner where hosts Jeanne Kelly, Vice President and Maree Gallagher, President of the British Irish Chamber of Commerce welcomed guests to the exclusive and historic surroundings of the Round Room, at the Mansion House, Dublin.

Against the backdrop of the 25th Anniversary Celebrations of the Good Friday Agreement, the breakthrough in the Northern Ireland Protocol through the Windsor Framework, and the positive trends in trade figures, the event served as a platform for fostering collaboration and strengthening relationships.

We were thrilled to have Iar Taoiseach Bertie Ahern, Julian Smith MP, former Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, and Liz O’Donnell, former Minister at Ireland’s Department of Foreign Affairs, alongside Tommie Gorman, former Northern Ireland editor for RTÉ.  The topic “Silver Anniversaries and Golden Opportunities: Business Supporting the Legacy of the Good Friday Agreement” provided deep insights and captivating perspectives. It was an honour to witness the exchange of ideas and expertise between these distinguished individuals.

We would like to thank our sponsors: ABP, BDO, Covington, Diageo, Nuance, Ørsted, Phoenix, and Zurich who made this momentous event possible.
