Head of Sectoral Policy
Paul Lynam joined the policy team at the British Irish Chamber of Commerce in October 2016.
Paul brings with him a wealth of experience in policy and public affairs having worked previously as the Policy and International Relations Manager at the Royal Irish Academy where he was responsible for the Academy’s higher education and research programme, Paul also worked as a Parliamentary Assistant to Eoghan Murphy TD.
Having obtained a degree in Social Science from UCD, Paul was elected President of UCD Students’ Union in 2010, having previously served as the Union’s Education Officer and Deputy President of the Union of Students’ in Ireland. Paul is qualified to be a certified mediator and has a Masters in Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
